Minutes of Previous Meeting

Minutes of the meeting held 14 July 2026: PI proposed and AC seconded, and minutes were unanimously approved.

Village Pub

Pub still ongoing, community consultation to be held very soon.

Play Park

Amount of funds is £76k. Looking at a way forward in progress.

Treasurer’s Report

No change, £100 earmarked for the wasteland between High Street and Old Town. Need a list of what they would like us to buy for them.

One new, TS sent all emails regard.

AC: The proposed southside Data Centre campus is planned for The Roxburghe Estate, located near Longformacus.  Need more information on the Pros and Cons.
