Minutes of Previous Meeting

Minutes of the meeting held 2 June 2026: AM proposed and PI seconded, and minutes were unanimously approved.

Rob Boyd asked about a donation towards costs to help clear and tidy the area between High Street and The Old Town. Agreed to a donation of £100. Informed RB that he might be able to get funding from The Garden Group and that it might be a good idea to ask the school if the children would like to help with the project.

Play Park

Questions still remain about total amount earmarked for play park development.

Village Pub

PC advised that a small group of Ayton residents have been exploring the possibility of securing the village pub as a community owned asset, more details will be provided to the community in the near future.
